G. Dan Lumpkin CMC, Emeritus, an international speaker, author and teacher, has presented to audiences of thousands around the world and is acknowledged as among the top 1% of management consultants today. He is President of Lumpkin & Associates, a management consulting firm that specializes in helping organizations and individuals deal with change and build cultures for survival in these fast moving times.
A certified counselor, Dan's practice spans over forty-five years as a recognized expert in the areas of executive coaching, executive assessment, organizational development, planning, personal and professional development. He has developed over 80 programs that often sell out months in advance of the engagement.

Dan’s faith has been a foundation of the work of his life. He taught Sunday school every Sunday for forty years in person and online.
